Explorers Early Learning

Unifying the Explorers visual identity and creating stand out in the crowded marketplace of Early Learning Centres. During the initial stages of development it was clear that the exisiting brandmark wasn’t strong enough and so the leaf component was amped up to create a singular vision for the brand. Not something Explorers had briefed, but once concepts had been seen they knew they needed it to represent the more premium learning experience and environments they offered. The leaf is a lovely representation of growth and links to their Reggio Emilia approach to learning. It creates a strong brand presence and is recognisable from afar. The brand system was created to be flexible depending on the application with a hero and an extreme landscape brandmark version. Stylised illustrations inspired by flora and fauna from ‘along the Yarra’ are used in the interiors help to define spaces and provide wayfinding for parents. The playful leaf also features in a repeat pattern for decals.
